Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival date: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded and if the room cannot be re sold for the booked period, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the booking
